Collecting News Sweet Sakura Bear, designed by Elena herself, has hit the stores in full force in Japan. Sweet Sakura is symbolic of the cherry blossoms in Japan and is a quiet and shy girl. Unfortunately, nothing new is being released (to our knowledge) in any English speaking parts of the world.

Posts: 2,407 Group: The Cloud Keeper Member #1 Joined: December 8, 2005 Gender Female	A New Year's Theme will be put up later this week, thanks to takecarebear84 for making the graphics! Here is what you can expect from FoF in 2008: ~Lindsay (takecarebear84) and I will be working together to make future themes for the board. The goal will be to have a new theme for each month. ~a more well maintained board ~FoF is now more viewable to guests, hopefully encouraging more people to join. (newbies will still be required to post an introduction) ~ the re-start of monthly newsletters. Now that I'm settled in my new job, I will have enough time to type them up again. ~I am impatiently waiting for the ability to upgrade FoF to the new zetaboards. The boards will have a lot of very nice, much more modern features. Hopefully the conversion tool will be completed soon. Here is what you can expect from the Care Bear community as a whole in 2008: ~a more unified community. NO this does not mean the boards will all be merged together. It does mean that myself and the admins on SHRH and PCB will be working together to better serve all the members of all the boards.

I was just over my Brothers and i went to the board and i did not sign in, I was like wow thats neat you can view some of the board. I feel sorry for one message board thats been kinda down for along time. Ive been feeling bad for it. Its the memories board, Are you guys gonna help that board also? You did do a great job sarah. Im a member at PCB and The Rabbit Hole as well and all the boards are great. I reccomend everyone joining them all because each board has something different to offer but at the same time, we all share one common interest: CARE BEARS! Looks like 2008 will be a great year!

The banner picture is adorable and I love the purple background! Great job! Is the Swift Heart banner pic an actual Care Bear graphic. Or was it edited/created somehow? I'll have to go see if I have that one. It's very cute! Edit: Nevermind, I just looked through my graphics and I have that image. Cool!

I made the banner and background and Sarah did the rest. The graphic of Swift was actually from an Ebay auction of Elena's C-prints and I just lightened the picture and moved some of the little hearts around. I'm glad you guys like it!
