Collecting News Sweet Sakura Bear, designed by Elena herself, has hit the stores in full force in Japan. Sweet Sakura is symbolic of the cherry blossoms in Japan and is a quiet and shy girl. Unfortunately, nothing new is being released (to our knowledge) in any English speaking parts of the world.

Care Bears...STARE! Posts: 3,300 Group: Super Forest Rangers Member #2 Joined: December 9, 2005 Gender Female	I just saw this posted on the PA CPK Board. Play Along has just released Cabbage Patch Kids with Care Bears and they're wearing cute Care Bear outfits. No pics yet! OMG Im in so much trouble! I MUST have them. I emailed Play Along about them to see if they can give me any more info about what bears are being released with them. I wonder if they're the "new look" bears? I'll be sure to post pics as soon as I see some. And I'll post my response from Play Along as well. These are supposed to be a Walmart exclusive item.

Lil' Care Bear Posts: 737 Group: Members Member #24 Joined: December 11, 2005	Oh brother--I have been very good at resisting the CPK craze (and considering I adored them as a kid that's quite an accomplishment!) but I may just have to get another if it has a Care Bear with it...Maybe Santa will bring me one!

These are a Walmart exclusve and there's 3 different bears: Cheer, Share, and Bedtime. Bedtime Bear only comes with the BOYS! And they are the "new look" bears. There's pics now posted on the PA CPK board! Quote: Dear Kristin, Thanks for contacting us! This is a Walmart exclusive only. It is a CPK Kid that includes a 7 inch bean Care Bear. The outfit is themed to the Care Bear. There are girl CPKs with Cheer or Share and boy CPKs with Bedtime bear. Sincerely, Stephanie Pics here No pics of boys just yet but the girl that posted said her friend got her a boy with Bedtime Bear and she'll post pics later! The best news of all...the girl that found them at her store, Holly, lives only 1.5 hours from me!! So I am leaving RIGHT NOW and going out to stalk every single Walmart in this area within an hour from here (there's like 10 of them). Wish me luck! I hope I find some.

I searched 5 different Walmart stores today and the LAST store that I went to had a ton of them stacked up high on the risers! Luckily there was a ladder in the same aisle and Marc grabbed it and climbed up there himself and we looked through them all. I grabbed 3 girls and the ONLY one boy that they had. He has brown yarn hair, hazel forward facing eyes, and PA2 headmold. He's wearing the adorable Bedtime Bear pj's. Check the thread that I linked to in my post above to see a pic of the Bedtime Bear pj's cause Holly on the PA board found one also. My boy is exactly like hers but mine has forward facing hazel eyes and is a PA2. Im not at home. Im at Marc's mom's house but I was so excited I had to come and post. I'll be calling around to a few more Walmart stores and stopping at one more store on my way home. Oh, of all the Kids that I saw, I saw two different Cheer outfits, only 1 Share Bear outfit, and 1 Bedtime Bear outfit on the boy. You can see the Share and Bedtime Bear outfits, here.

Care Bears...STARE! Posts: 3,300 Group: Super Forest Rangers Member #2 Joined: December 9, 2005 Gender Female	Marc's restaurant is usually closed on Tuesdays but he called the Walmart near his work and they said that they just set up an endcap in the CHRISTMAS SECTION (not anywhere near the Toy dept) and there was atleast one boy. They held him for us. When we got to the store, we saw a PA2 Asian shag boy waiting for us and also a boy with tangerine buzz cut hair, hazel eyes, and PA6 headmold. They were the only two boys. We also bought a bunch more girls. I got a PA2 Asian girl in the leapard Cheer outfit. I also took my crappy digital camera to the store and took pics of the whole CPK display. And Marc took pics of the Kids that we just bought. However, Im at his work (we decided to open today) using his crappy dialup computer so who knows if I'll be able to get the pics posted. Here's pics! The best part of all...I checked my receipt and the cashier only charged me for 5 Kids instead of 6! Edit: The PA6 Tangerine/Hazel boy is for sale. I found a cuter tangerine boy with blue eyes. Edit again: Took PA6 Tangerine/Hazel back to the store.

Care Bear Cub Posts: 447 Group: Members Member #34 Joined: December 13, 2005	Kristin you hit the cabbie Jackpot! Cute Kids...I love the 1st boy you posted. All the girls are adorable, especially the Af. Am and the tan triple twist girl. I went to that new Walmart by me and there was nothing in the cabbie aisle, on endcaps or anywhere near the toy section. I never even thought to look in the seasonal stuff by the Christmas section and I went right past there twice!! Darn it!! I think I'll be going back there to check later on tonight just in case. If not, there are 6-7 other Walmarts I can call to keep checking until I find them. I'll have to wait until tomorrow and the rest of the week for them though, won't make it there today. I'll report back later...

Once they're gone, they're gone! Quote: Dear Kristin, There are 3 bears in the assortment. Cheer has 2 outfits, Share has 1 outfit, and Bedtime has 1 outfit. There is only 1 boy outfit. There are 3 headmolds, and yes, they are going to be limited. They will be released this one time only. Once they are sold out, that will be it. Sincerely, Stephanie The boys are especially limited. I say if ANYONE finds ANY boys, BUY THEM! If you dont want them for yourself, there are other collectors here, LIKE ME!, that would probably buy them. Marc really wants a blonde hair boy, preferably with blue eyes, but we'd settle for any eye color.
