Oh oh I do I do!
I have sold most of them because I felt I couldn't have so many collections but I still have a few left, a pig and some doggies! I'll take some pics and post soon. Show me yours too Bruce! I'd love to see! Oh, don't you just love this toy box forum? Are they still popular in US? It seems like the craze is pretty big here in Sweden, there are a lot of auctions for TY beanies on the auction sites here. Or they're just slow...like with care Bears - they didn't come to Swedish stores until last fall! <_< |

I have a few beanie babies at my parents house, next time I am there I will take pics. I always loved beanie babies when they came out, & they still are pretty popular around here. The newest one I got was a little Irish bear (Erin). |

I still have every beanie I ever bought. All 70 something of them. It's pretty sad, actually. *hangs head* I can't bare to part with them because they are so dang cute. Right now I have them stored in those little vaccum sealed bag things that they show on infomercials. |

Yep, I was into them big time. In fact I still collect a few off and on every month or so. I probably have 350+ now. I can't help it, they are so adorable. |

I never got into the TY but I have always wanted the country ones...I have a Buckingham Buddy and I would love to get the beanie, but they are all Museum looking and I can't afford that on top of my Care Bear habit! :funshine: |

Lil' Care Bear

I have dozens if not over 100 of the Disney beanies but I never got into TY. I do have about 8 bears and a handful of the McD's toys. I think they are alright but I'd like to get rid of them to lighten my collection a little. |

It's okay steph...I got ya beat. I had 136 opf the little thing at one point and i had them in the plastic display boxes...well some of them anyway. Now I'm in the process of giving the ones that aren't worth anyhting away to my little cousins. I'm keeping the alligator though. he's worth like forty bucks and alligators are just plain cool! |

Actually, if you have the original alligator its probably worth a little more than $40 even. Depends on if its mint and the type of tag. Yea, I'm a bit of a dork when it comes to them. LOL... The cuteness of them won me over. I need 2 more and I'll have the original set of 10. They were re-released so hopefully I can find them. I wonder what that set would go for if you found the right person. |

It's a third generation tag and it's mint. I too am a dork about the beanie babies but it's been a while since I've checked a price guide. |

Care Bear In Training

I remember these a lot. I never used to collect them or anything, but my mum sure did. She used to put them all on her bed. She had all sorts of animals and teddy bears. In fact, I think she still has them. We are talking about the ones made by a company called TY aren't we? Just so this silly old man doesn't get confused  |
